Soccer Game Preview: Calhoun County vs. Manning

The Calhoun County Saints will take on the Manning Monarchs at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Calhoun County and 12 for Manning.

Last Wednesday, Calhoun County came up short against Thomas Sumter Academy and fell 4-2.

Meanwhile, Manning didn't have quite enough to beat Marion on Thursday and fell 2-1.

Calhoun County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Manning, their loss dropped their record down to 2-16.

Calhoun County suffered a grim 8-1 defeat to Manning when the teams last played back in April of 2024. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Saints were down 5-0.
