Soccer Game Preview: Centerpoint vs. Arkadelphia

Centerpoint is 0-8 against Arkadelphia since May of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Centerpoint Knights will be playing at home against the Arkadelphia Badgers at 5:00 p.m.

Centerpoint's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Harmony Grove 7-0. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Arkadelphia had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They and Magnolia finished up their match with a 2-2 draw on Tuesday. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Badgers' first draw of the season.

Centerpoint picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-3. With that draw, Arkadelphia's record moves to 0-3-1.
