Volleyball Recap: Beaverton Takes a Loss

If Beaverton was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Aloha on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Beavers came up short against the Jesuit Crusaders on Thursday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Beaverton has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Jesuit, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 20-4.

Beaverton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Newberg on the 18th. As for Jesuit, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Southridge at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
