Baseball Recap: Lake Worth Christian Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lake Worth Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Palm Beach Lakes Rams on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Defenders also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.

Kevin Ambroise was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Bryce VandenBerg was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

The win got Lake Worth Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Palm Beach Lakes, they dropped their record down to 2-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
