Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Axcan Martinez stepped things up a notch to give Contreras the 'W'. Martinez struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long.
