Baseball Game Preview: Ottawa Hills Bengals vs. Kelloggsville Rockets

The Ottawa Hills Bengals will head out on the road to face off against the Kelloggsville Rockets at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 15 consecutive losses for Ottawa Hills and 18 for Kelloggsville dating back to last season.

Wyoming hit Ottawa Hills with a four-run fifth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bengals lost 11-1 to the Wolves.

Ottawa Hills saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Yoelvis Rodriguez, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Meanwhile, Kelloggsville fell victim to Belding and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Black Knights, falling 15-0.

Ottawa Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Kelloggsville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-17.
