Basketball Recap: Harvest Time Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Harvest Time Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Christian Home Educators Knights 65-24. The Warriors were not able to make up for their loss to the Knights from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Christian Home Educators' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hudson Hamilton, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Hamilton a new career-high in assists (four). Roman Massey was another key player, putting up nine points along with six assists and six steals.

Harvest Time Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Christian Home Educators, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-12.

Harvest Time Christian Academy will host King's Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Christian Home Educators, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 47-37 win against Tyler Classical Academy on the 21st.
