Liberty won the last time they faced Bishop Gorman and things went their way on Tuesday too. Liberty came out on top against Bishop Gorman by a score of 4-1.

Liberty got a great performance from Charlotte Crittenden as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched. Those two hits allowed gave Crittenden a new career-low.

On the hitting side, Liberty saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aniyah Dela Cruz, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Liberty hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most three strikeouts in three consecutive games.

Liberty's win bumped their record up to 8-1-2. As for Bishop Gorman, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-1.

Coming up, Liberty will challenge Arbor View at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty is facing Arbor View at the right time seeing as Arbor View is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bishop Gorman, they will take on Shadow Ridge at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Bishop Gorman 3.4, Shadow Ridge 2.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
