 Phillips Exeter Academy has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  square off against the Winchendon Wapiti at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both teams come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Phillips Exeter Academy will roll into the  game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one  run  on Saturday, then bounced right back against Phillips Academy  on Saturday. Phillips Exeter Academy won by a  run and slipped past Phillips Academy  10-9.

 Meanwhile, Winchendon is ranked highly in their home state and   on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Stony Brook. Winchendon had just enough and edged Stony Brook out  2-1. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Winchendon.
 Phillips Exeter Academy's win  ended  a  five-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 7-10. As for Winchendon, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record  this season.
