Baseball Recap: Milwaukee Hamilton Comes Up Short

If Milwaukee Hamilton was feeling good fresh off their 13-0 takedown of South last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats lost 16-4 to the Dominican Knights on Friday.

Mason Leber made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Yeray Arroyo-Camacho, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Milwaukee Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Dominican, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Coming up, Milwaukee Hamilton will head out to take on Milwaukee Reagan at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dominican, they have already played their next game, a 17-9 victory against St. John's Northwestern Military Academy on the 12th.
