Basketball Game Preview: Christian Family Educators vs. Golden Plains Bulldogs

Christian Family Educators will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Golden Plains Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Christian Family Educators kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were outmatched by Cheylin and fell 57-25.

Meanwhile, Golden Plains lost to Wallace County on the road by a 77-59 margin on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Christian Family Educators will have to contain Dylan Wark as he made an impact in Golden Plains' last game. He dropped a double-double on 29 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most boards Wark has posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Abraham Taylor, who posted six points in addition to five boards and three steals.
