Softball Recap: Maclay Marauders vs. Jefferson County Tigers
Maclay can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They blew past the Jefferson County Tigers 22-1. While fans of Maclay might be used to big wins, the 21-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.
Victoria Gainey made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned run off one hit. Gainey was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
