Noah McClendon was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted over his last seven matchups. Kaden Cantrell was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-5.

Pennington's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Section, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.
