Soccer Game Preview: Lumberton vs. Vidor

The Lumberton Raiders will face off against the Vidor Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lumberton has four straight wins, Vidor has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Lumberton is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Hardin-Jefferson 6-1 on Friday. It was an even better day for Luke Cody as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Vidor came up short against Bridge City on Tuesday, falling 9-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Pirates were already down 6-0.

Vidor's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Lumberton, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4-2.
