Atkins came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against Forbush, but Mason Dudley wouldn't allow it. The Falcons came out on top against the Camels by a score of 61-51 on Thursday for which the team can thank Dudley, who dropped a double-double with 29 points and 12 rebounds. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points.

Another player making a difference was Tyler Bryant, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 8.2 rebounds per game.

Atkins' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Brandon Yeboah, who shot 47% from the field en route to 15 points in addition to six boards and six steals, and Caiden Allen, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 16 points and five steals. Yeboah is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Luke Rowe also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steals of the season.

The victory got Forbush back to even at 2-2. As for Atkins, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Forbush will head out to take on Elkin at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Atkins, they will venture away from home to challenge Triad Baptist Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Camels will need to watch out since the Titans have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
