Carl Hayden Community won the last time they faced Alhambra and things went their way on Monday too. The Falcons walked away with a 3-1 win over the Lions. The victory was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on three straight.

Carl Hayden Community had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-15, 25-16, 25-21.

Carl Hayden Community's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-12. As for Alhambra, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-15.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carl Hayden Community will host Camelback at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Alhambra, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Browne at 5:30 p.m. The Bruins will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
