Noah Pendland put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Saturday. He struck out four batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
