Volleyball Recap: Mark Morris Takes a Loss

If Mark Morris was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Hockinson on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Monarchs lost 3-0 to the Ridgefield Spudders on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Monarchs of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Mark Morris now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Ridgefield, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-4-1.

Coming up, Mark Morris will head out to take on Black Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ridgefield, they will be playing at home against Woodland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
