Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Iberia). They never let the Newburg Wolves get on the board and left with a 28-0 victory on Monday. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Iberia pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Newburg, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Iberia didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 4-0 victory against Stoutland on the 15th. As for Newburg, they will head out to take on Licking at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
