Averie Smarr put up the most runs she's had since back in April of 2024 on Saturday. She wasn't messing around, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. The contest was her third straight with at least one stolen base.

Smarr's strong effort led Arcadia over Fostoria and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Redmen are limping into the matchup having lost 12 straight at home dating back to last season.
