Baseball Recap: Caledonia Comes Up Short

Caledonia was the 5-1 winner over East Webster when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Cavaliers came up short against the Wolverines on Thursday, falling 9-3. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aaron Harris made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Caledonia's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for East Webster, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Caledonia is taking a road trip to face off against Oxford at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for East Webster, they will square off against Mooreville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
