Volleyball Recap: Mccook Now 12-3 over Last 15 Games

McCook's tournament run continued when they took on Mitchell on Friday. The Bison came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0.

Leading McCook to victory were Bailee Foster and Emma McConville. Foster had ten digs, while McConville had three digs and one assist. Foster is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 12 games she's played. Karagynn Brown also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

McCook was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mitchell only served one.

McCook has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Mitchell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.

Coincidentally, McCook and Mitchell will both be playing Kearney the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Bison will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
