Baseball Recap: Laurel Spartans vs. Aliquippa Quips
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Laurel). They put the hurt on the Aliquippa Quips with a sharp 16-1 victory on Tuesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

RJ Kissick made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
