Basketball Recap: Southern Coffey County Takes a Loss

Southern Coffey County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a blow against the Uniontown Eagles, falling 65-10. The Titans lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in February of 2020, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 37-29 score last time.

Cheyenne Dykee was Southern Coffey County's leading scorer, having posted four points. Dykee also led the team in assists with two. Emily Ludolph held things down on the boards with four rebounds.

Southern Coffey County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Uniontown, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-10-1.

As of now, neither Southern Coffey County nor Uniontown have any future games scheduled.
