Football Game Recap: East Ridge vs. South Lake

South Lake can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak. On Friday, they secured a 14-8 W over East Ridge. That's another feather in the cap for South Lake, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

A silver lining for East Ridge was the play of Robbie Sanders, who picked up 85 yards on the ground on 26 carries and accumulated 190 passing yards.

South Lake's victory brought them up to 4-6. The loss dropped East Ridge back to even at 5-5.

The Eagles do not have any more games currently scheduled. As for East Ridge, they will go up against Tohopekaliga at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup.
