             With a playoff game on the line, Charlotte Christian rose to the challenge  on Friday. They took their  matchup  with ease, bagging  a  49-6 win over the Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors. Considering the Knights have won seven matches by more than 20  points this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Charlotte Christian was led to victory by  Jamal Rule and  Owen Farrell.  Rule rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, while  Farrell rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown. Rule is  crushing it when it comes to  rushing yards: he's   rushed for at least 131 every time he's  taken the field this season.
 Charlotte Christian was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 232  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 232  rushing yards in three consecutive  games.
 Charlotte Christian's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-3. As for Metrolina Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
 Charlotte Christian will challenge Providence Day at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Charlotte Christian knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Providence Day likes a good challenge. Metrolina Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
