Volleyball Recap: Watertown Find Success

Watertown posted their closest victory since August 30th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Warner Monarchs 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Arrows.

Andi Olson had an outrageously good game as she had 22 digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last eight contests.

Despite the defeat, Warner saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Tatum Hanson had eight assists and seven digs.

Watertown's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Warner, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-5.

Looking ahead, Watertown will square off against Brookings at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warner, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Tea on the 27th.
