Basketball Recap: Seguin Comes Up Short

Seguin and Colleyville Heritage squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Seguin had to settle for second. They took a 58-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Colleyville Heritage Panthers.

Bodey Weaver continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Colleyville Heritage, going 5-for-11 on his way to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Cash Gardner, who posted 12 points and six boards.

Seguin's defeat dropped their record down to 21-16. As for Colleyville Heritage, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-15.
