Baseball Recap: Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn Extends Winning Streak to Four

Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over the Delavan Panthers. The Rockets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn pushed their record up to 19-9 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games.
