Rhinelander won the last time they faced Northland Pines and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hodags were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Eagles. That 13 run margin sets a new team best for the Hodags this season.

Rhinelander's win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9. As for Northland Pines, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Looking ahead, Rhinelander will square off against Waupaca on Saturday. As for Northland Pines, they will face off against Crivitz at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
