Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Limestone walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over Westminster Christian Academy on Tuesday. Considering West Limestone has won 27 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Katie Lyn Kyle spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on two hits and racked up 16 Ks.
