Baseball Recap: East Feliciana Comes Up Short

East Feliciana was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 28-1 to the Kentwood Kangaroos. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 12-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

East Feliciana saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was John Goudeau, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. Jamarion Clark also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

East Feliciana's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Kentwood, they pushed their record up to 6-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Feliciana will face off against Slaughter Community Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kentwood, they will head out to square off against Central Private at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
