Baseball Recap: Frontier Comes Up Short

Frontier lost against Lancaster on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Falcons fell just short of the Legends by a score of 3-2. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Frontier saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Hediger, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Frontier's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Lancaster, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frontier will challenge Orchard Park at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Quakers have averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. As for Lancaster, they will face off against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
