Pineville came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand West Monroe a 15-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-0 on March 11th.

Pineville pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for West Monroe, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.
