Edwardsburg has gone 9-1 against Niles recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Eddies will head out to square off against the Vikings at 6:30 p.m. Edwardsburg is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Niles' offense. They came up short against Vicksburg on Monday, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Niles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 266th, while Vicksburg are ranked 82nd).

Niles' defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-2. As for Edwardsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.

Edwardsburg was able to grind out a solid win over Niles in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, winning 4-2. Will the Eddies repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
