It was another big night for Jj Jaramillo, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds and three steals for Springlake-Earth. Jaramillo has been hot recently, having posted 20 or more points the last four times he's played. Timothy Tovar was another key contributor, scoring ten points.

Kress dropped their record down to 6-15 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Springlake-Earth, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kress will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Cowboys at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Springlake-Earth, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Swifts at 8:00 p.m. Nazareth has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
