Volleyball Recap: Mason Classical Academy Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marco Island Academy, Mason Classical Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Donahue Catholic Shamrocks. The Paladins haven't had any issues with the Shamrocks recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Mason Classical Academy took Donahue Catholic into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 0-25, 0-25, 15-9.

Mason Classical Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Donahue Catholic, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mason Classical Academy will welcome Everglades City at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Donahue Catholic, they will be playing at home against Naples Classical at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
