There's no place like home for San Clemente, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Laguna Hills Hawks on Tuesday as they made off with a 25-2 win. That's more bragging rights for the Tritons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

San Clemente's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sydney Bishop led the charge by rushing for 45 yards and one TD, while also picking up 74 receiving yards. Grace Bunker was another key pass catcher, picking up 115 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

San Clemente now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Laguna Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

San Clemente wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 27-0 victory against Ayala on the 21st. As for Laguna Hills, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-0 win against Laguna Beach on the 20th.
