Sean Rose put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Wednesday. He tossed 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off one hit, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.
