Football Recap: Greenwich Country Day Skates Past Capital Prep Harbor with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenwich Country Day). They blew past the Capital Prep Harbor Sharks, posting a 56-8 win. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Greenwich Country Day got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Peter Costantino out in front who threw for 258 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes. What's more, Costantino racked up 153.9 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Canty, who picked up 153 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Greenwich Country Day didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Nick Triolo and Nash Edwards.

Greenwich Country Day now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Capital Prep Harbor, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
