Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Mason Taylor stepped things up a notch to give East Nicolaus the 'W'. Taylor rushed for 123 yards and one TD while picking up 7.2 yards per carry, and also threw for 135 yards and one touchdown on only ten passes. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2024.

Taylor and East Nicolaus will face off against West Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The last time Taylor took on the Eagles, he threw for 196 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 83 yards.
