Softball Recap: Utica Eisenhower Eagles vs. St. Clair Saints
Utica Eisenhower extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 6-10-1. They came up short against the St. Clair Saints, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-7 on Friday.
As for St. Clair, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 14-2. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.1 runs on average over those games.
For St. Clair's part, Gracie Pickelhaupt made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.
