Softball Recap: La Crosse Logan Comes Up Short

La Crosse Logan lost against River Valley on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rangers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-5 to the Blackhawks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

La Crosse Logan's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for River Valley, they pushed their record up to 3-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, La Crosse Logan will square off against Holmen at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed seven runs per game on average), something the Rangers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for River Valley, they will venture away from home to take on Waterloo at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
