Baseball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Argonaut

Argonaut strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the McNair Eagles as they made off with an 11-1 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Jacob Teravskis made a splash while hitting and pitching. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2025. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs.

In other batting news, Argonaut got a big performance out of Julian Constance, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Those two hits gave Constance a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Constance, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Argonaut always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as McNair only posted an OBP of .211.

Argonaut's record is now 3-0. As for McNair, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Argonaut will face off against Ripon Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for McNair, they will take on Stockton Christian at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
