Basketball Recap: East Central Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Crosby-Ironton, East Central was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars by a score of 52-39. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 55-48 back in December of 2024.

East Central's victory bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Hinckley-Finlayson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

East Central has already played their next matchup (against Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia]), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hinckley-Finlayson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-52 win against Denfeld on the 1st.
