Volleyball Recap: Winneconne Extends Winning Streak to Four

Winneconne waltzed into their match on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the New London Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11, 25-16.

Winneconne was led to victory by Bailey Church and Hallah Josephson. Church had seven aces and six digs, while Josephson had 15 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Josephson has posted since back in September.

Winneconne's record is now 21-7. As for New London, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-23.

Winneconne wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Plymouth on the 23rd. As for New London, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Seymour on the 21st.
