Van Buren posted their closest victory since December 5, 2024 on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 57-55 win over the Siloam Springs Panthers. The Pointers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Van Buren's win bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Siloam Springs, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

Coming up, Van Buren will square off against Russellville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Siloam Springs, they will head out on the road to face off against Mountain Home at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
