Volleyball Recap: Lyle/Pacelli Comes Up Short

Lyle/Pacelli lost against Alden-Conger back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Athletics fell 2-0 to the Knights.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16.

Akeera Oman paced Lyle/Pacelli's offense, picking up five kills. Oman got some help from Autumn Drennan and her nine assists. Jada Leif controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lyle/Pacelli's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Alden-Conger, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Coming up, Lyle/Pacelli will head out on the road to square off against Schaeffer Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Alden-Conger has already played their next game (against LeRoy-Ostrander), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
