Rocky Ford and Swink are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Rocky Ford Meloneers will square off against the Swink Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Rocky Ford came up short against Fowler and fell 43-32. The Meloneers haven't had much luck with the Grizzlies recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Swink played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Cheyenne Wells, falling 41-21. The Lions were down 39-16 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Rocky Ford's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Swink, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Rocky Ford came up short against Swink when the teams last played back in November of 2023, falling 39-33. Can Rocky Ford avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
