Volleyball Recap: Lansing Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lansing Christian lost against Pewamo-Westphalia back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Pilgrims came up short against the Pirates, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-11.

Esther Lee paced Lansing Christian's offense, picking up three kills. Lee got some help from Ainsley Pelle and her six assists. Finally, Evah Foster kept Lansing Christian's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Lansing Christian dropped their record down to 3-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Coming up, Lansing Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Saranac at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, they will face off against Oxford at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
